Red Notice, the Netflix film of the Year, is set to debut on the streaming service. The action-comedy comedy features the Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot, Jumanji’s star Dwayne John, and Deadpool’s hero Ryan Reynolds as the main characters. The film is highly anticipated since Dwayne John a.k.a The Rock released a video clip at Netflix’s Tudum event last month. It was dubbed “Netflix’s largest movie ever” and “absolutely huge”, while creating hype. Red Notice is the story of Agent John Hartley, played by Dwayne John, who must work with Nolan Booth, a well-known art thief (played here by Ryan Reynolds), in order to stop Gal Gadot, an even more dangerous art thief. Rawson Marshall Thurber wrote and directed it. The high-octane action comedy film stars Johnson, Gadot and Reynolds alongside Ritu Arya.
Red Notice is released in India
Red Notice will premiere at midnight on Friday (i.e. November 12. Dwayne and Ryan Reynolds are seen getting smacked around in the trailer video. Fans were not aware that the trailer clip offered glimpses into additional details about the film. Another scene shows Johnson running away from the law, as Gal Gadot’s character was also able to frame Johnson as a thief. Beau Flynn, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Hiram Garcia, and Dany Garcia are supporting the film for FlynnPictureCo. Rawson Marshall Thurber is also backing the film. This is Johnson and Thurber’s third collaboration after their action-comedy film Central Intelligence and an action thriller film Skyscraper. The Red Notice lead cast walked the red carpet at the premiere in Los Angeles on November 4, just before the film was released on Netflix. Other celebs such as director Rawson Marshall Thurber and star Chris Diamantopoulos attended the premiere, along with Ata Johnson and Lil Rel Howery and Molly Sims.
